VYP Ambassadors

VYP Ambassadors are seasoned VYPers who help new members maximize value in their membership. They contact new members through emails and phone calls and meet up with them at events to "show them the ropes."

Paul Chapman

Paul Chapman is the Sr. Commercial Real Estate Advisor for South Tech Real Estate Services in Las Vegas. In his current position, Paul oversees a Team of Advisors and is responsible for all Sales and Leasing activity. Since January of 2008, Paul and his Team have completed well over 100 transactions worth more than 11 Million Dollars consisting of well over 400,000 square feet of Industrial, Retail, and Office properties.

In 2009, competing with Commercial Real Estate Brokerages of more than 50 Advisors, Paul was recognized as the number 14 Top Producing Real Estate Brokerage in Las Vegas by sales volume, and was honored with a full scholarship to the Certified Commercial Investment Manager program.

Crosby Fehr

Crosby Fehr, an agent with Mass Mutual Financial Group, is the owner of Fehr Insurance.  He provides individuals, families, small businesses, and corporations with any type of insurance from automobile to complex commercial coverage.

Immediately upon graduation from Silverado High School, Crosby joined the U.S. Army as a Blackhawk helicopter mechanic and crewchief.  After six years of service, including multiple tours to Afghanistan and Iraq, he decided to return home to Las Vegas.  

Crosby’s nephew was born with the debilitating disease of autism.  He has become very passionate about working in the Special Needs community.  He is closely affiliated with organizations such as FEAT, TACA, AutismSpeaks, and Easter Seals of Nevada.

Jessica Tomlinson

Jessica Tomlinson received her B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University. 

Jessica moved to Las Vegas from rainy Seattle in 2007 after realizing that our city had a flourishing business community and plenty of sunshine!  With a diverse background in events, sponsorships and media relations, she came onboard at Greenspun Media Group, taking the position of Marketing Coordinator.   

At Greenspun, Jessica helped execute and develop corporate communications, marketing and promotions for The Greenspun Corporation and their array of magazines and newspapers including Las Vegas Home & Design, Las Vegas Life, In Business Las Vegas, Home News, Las Vegas Weekly, VEGAS, Las Vegas Magazine, VEGAS2GO and Vegas Golfer.

Jessica became an immediate member of Vegas Young Professionals after one month of living in Las Vegas and a year later, she became an Ambassador. In addition, Jessica is one of the original members of the Community Outreach Committee.  Volunteering is the avenue through which she is truly fulfilled!

Jessica is now at Allegiant Air as their Internal Programs Specialist.


Anna Wilk

Anna moved to Las Vegas from Chicago in 1998. Born in Poland, she speaks fluent Polish and was elected to serve for the Polish American Center in Las Vegas as Director of Public Relations, a voluntary position 2000-2003. One of her greatest accomplishments was being named Woman of the Year for the Polish American Center in 2003.

Anna holds her real estate licenses in Utah and Nevada and has achieved her ABR and is on her way to completing the CIPS designations. She also serves as an Ambassador for the Vegas Young Professionals.

Over the last ten years she has helped hundreds of families realize their dream of homeownership. She strives to provide world class customer service to all her clients. With her business motto being " I want Every Client to feel like the ONLY Client".

In her spare time she volunteers for non-profit organizations such as Make-A-Wish, Children’s Food Bank and Ronald McDonald House. She also loves to read and travel anywhere south of the border.
